Refund Policy
Overview
At Yolymatics Tutorials, we are committed to providing high-quality tutoring services. If you are not satisfied with your tutoring session(s), we have a refund policy to address your concerns. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of your purchase. After this period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.
Refunds are only applicable to unused sessions or packages that have not been completed or partially delivered.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- The tutoring session(s) must not have been delivered or utilized.
- Refunds are not applicable for group lessons or promotional packages that include discounted rates.
Non-refundable items:
- Completed tutoring sessions.
- Digital course materials or downloadable resources provided as part of the tutoring package.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please email us at yolymatics007@gmail.com with the following information:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or transaction ID).
- The reason for requesting a refund.
Once we receive your request, we will assess the eligibility and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- A credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- You will be notified via email once the refund is processed.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing time:
- Check your bank or payment account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there might be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only full-priced tutoring packages are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted packages cannot be refunded.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing that session.
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
